Recently, a delegation led by General Manager Zhao of Tianjin Jinyuanbo Steel Co., Ltd. visited Xinde Company to conduct the first batch of specialized acceptance inspections for finished rebar products. This inspection serves as a direct assessment of Xinde’s production capabilities and marks a pivotal milestone in deepening cooperation between the two parties.
During the acceptance process, Kang Zhiliang from the production workshop provided continuous on-site support, exercising a strong sense of responsibility to ensure meticulous attention to detail. Armed with specialized tools, he worked alongside the customer to precisely verify each finished rebar’s dimensions, carefully recording measurements such as length, diameter, and bend angles, and double-checking them multiple times. In response to the customer’s quality concerns, Kang Zhiliang offered comprehensive explanations grounded in the principles of the manufacturing process and presented quality‑inspection records for key operations. His professional expertise and rigorous approach earned the customer’s full confidence, helping to streamline the acceptance procedure.
Following multiple rounds of rigorous testing, the finished reinforcing steel products delivered by Xinde Company have met the customer’s standards in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface quality. General Manager Zhao highly commended the product quality and also expressed his appreciation for the attentive service provided by Xinde’s staff.
