Jingye Group’s End-to-End Order Tracking System Officially Goes Live

Recently, the end-to-end order tracking system independently developed by Jingye Group was officially launched for trial operation. Jointly built by Jingye Group’s Sales Headquarters and its Digital Intelligence Integration Department, the system is designed to ensure full transparency of customer order information, real-time visibility into progress, and clear, at-a-glance status updates, thereby effectively enhancing the quality and efficiency of customer service.
To precisely align with customers’ core order-tracking requirements, the system has established a dedicated data warehouse that deeply integrates data from the Group’s seven major production and sales bases, its smart logistics platform, and other core business systems. This has successfully broken down data silos across these systems, creating an integrated, end-to-end information flow that ensures seamless, accurate, and fully traceable order data from the point of origin in production all the way to the final logistics delivery.
Leveraging the Group’s existing Jingye E-commerce Platform and the “Jingye One-Stop Platform” WeChat mini-program—two key service channels—the system provides customers with self-service, transparent, end-to-end order tracking throughout the entire order lifecycle. By simply logging into the E-commerce Platform or the “One-Stop Platform” WeChat mini-program, customers can independently view order details and track real-time progress at seven critical milestones: order placement, payment, production scheduling, shipping planning, loading, transportation, and delivery confirmation—ensuring they have a comprehensive, up-to-the-minute overview of their orders at all times.
