Huang Kanle, Second Steelmaking Division
On May 22, 2026, while waiting at Changsha South Railway Station to return home, Huang Kanle heard an urgent station announcement seeking medical personnel. A passenger at Gate 24A suddenly suffered a seizure, and the situation was critical. Upon hearing this, he quickly rushed to the scene, where he happened to find another fellow traveler with first-aid training. Taking the initiative, Huang Kanle produced his personal first-aid kit and, following the instructions of the rescuers, carefully administered a total of 16 fast-acting cardiac pills in two doses, helping to give them to the patient. Within just a few minutes, the patient’s condition began to improve, and an ambulance soon arrived to provide professional medical care. Only after the emergency had been resolved did Huang Kanle hurry to the ticket gate and board his train. His compassionate act earned unanimous praise from station staff and passing travelers alike.

First-aid kits provided by Jingye Group for its employees
This is not the first time Huang Kanle has acted bravely to help others. On January 9, 2024, at Cangzhou West Railway Station, a passenger suddenly collapsed after suffering a heart attack. Huang Kanle immediately stepped forward to administer first aid, retrieved a first-aid kit and guided the passenger in taking medication, and within just four minutes helped the patient stabilize and safely recover before quietly leaving.
Huang Kangle’s courageous and compassionate act of saving a life—stepping forward in a moment of crisis—is a true reflection of the Jieye Group’s heartwarming corporate culture. Even earlier, employees such as Liu Changshun from the Raw Materials Management Department and Zhao Xindong from the Second Steelmaking Division had all used their personal first-aid kits to rescue people in emergency situations.
To safeguard the health and safety of its employees, the Group provides them with personal first-aid kits and has established “Health Kiosks” at all its sites. It has also procured automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and strategically placed them at key locations throughout the plant and in high‑traffic areas such as hotels. Furthermore, the Group has invested heavily in building the Jingye Hospital in Shijiazhuang, recruiting experts to form a specialized medical team; employees, their family members, and retirees can enjoy a second reimbursement from the Group on top of standard medical insurance coverage. The Group hosts quarterly health seminars and offers annual, free, high‑standard health checkups for all staff. Additionally, full‑time employees who have completed three years of service and are diagnosed with a critical illness receive full financial support from the Group, beyond what is covered by medical insurance.

Enterprises warmly safeguard their employees, while employees wholeheartedly give back to society. From portable first-aid kits to health‑care stations in the workplace, from AEDs to partnerships with specialized hospitals, Jingye Group has implemented a range of measures to ensure the safety and well‑being of its workforce. In turn, Jingye’s employees extend this care and sense of responsibility to those in need across the community. This chain of compassion is truly worthy of recognition!
